Lunch

2.4 Besoke Project (3)

Nourish Hub is open for lunch each weekday, 12-3pm Monday-Friday, open to all, no booking required.

We offer a freshly prepared three-course meal using rescued surplus ingredients, delivering nutritious vegan and vegetarian. Our talented team of chefs and volunteers prepare each day’s menu fresh every morning, transforming rescued produce into healthy, flavour-packed dishes, starting at just £3.

Many recipes are inspired by the diverse cuisines represented in our local community.

Donations on top of the minimum contribution supports our mission and allow us to host free cookery courses and events.

Suppers

_November Newsletter 2025 (1)

Every month we run our Community Suppers. Bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together we share a three-course plated meal, to celebrate food and culture.

These Community Suppers are donate-what-you-can events and are open to all. The event runs from 6-8pm. Visit our events page to reserve you space at our next Community Supper.

This is an amazing time for the community to come together. In the last year, we have celebrated Black History Month, our Community Cookbook launch, International Women’s Day, winter festivities and Eid at community suppers.

Pantry

IMG_8048

From January 2026, Nourish Hub will be hosting a fortnightly Friday food pantry where residents of Hammersmith & Fulham can come and collect a bag of rescued surplus food for a donation of £5.

Visit our events page to reserve you space at our next Pantry.

Fresh and ambient food will be available to collect, offering a wide range of good that will help support a weekly food shop, and create access to healthy and nutritious food. Most importantly it will stop that food going to waste.

Our Menu

Our meals are made fresh each morning using rescued produce, developed with our in-house nutritionists and team of chefs to bring you vibrant food full of flavour. Many of our authentic recipes are inspired from the traditional cuisines reflected in the cultures that surround the Hub.

Our kitchen serves an ever-changing selection of dishes but are likely to include seasonal soups and a hot meal, as well as a selection of cakes and biscuits to accompany your tea and coffee.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Everyone is welcome to join our lunch service. With meals starting at just £3, and the option to donate more if you wish, there’s something to suit everyone! Just ask our staff how it works on arrival.

We are inclusive and aim to cater for those on a Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian diet.

What is ‘Rescued Produce’?

We’re part of UKHarvest who operate a food rescue and redistribution operation. They rescue edible surplus food from organisations such as farms, supermarkets and wholesalers. Often the companies donate food because they simply have too much or it doesn’t meet high cosmetic standards.

As our ingredients list is ever changing, so is our menu! The only way to tackle a pallet of custard powder, half a ton of strong flour and a wall of jams, is with a sense of humour and a heap of creativity. Out of chaos creativity will save us.

YOUR SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Eat, Donate or Volunteer! Your support helps the environment and local community.

Working with local charities and social enterprises we provide support in a variety of areas, from social development to food provision. The money spent in our café goes directly back to our projects, developing opportunities for our community to grow, cook, learn and share. You can also help us by volunteering or making an online donation.
